IT Assistance for East Texas
Let’s face it – IT is complex. And while there are plenty of IT businesses in East Texas that can help, sometimes you just have a project that doesn’t need to break your IT budget – or maybe you have a problem at home that you need help with, but many IT businesses aren’t available at the time you need.
That’s why I started ATS Technology Consulting – to assist my East Texas community with the various IT issues that they face, at a time that can work for them.
Whether it’s an IT project you have, some computers you need to upgrade, cables you need to run, a website you want to publish, some smart home devices you’re installing, a podcast you want to launch, or a just a printer you want to work – let’s see if I can give you some help.

ATS is currently a one man team and I run this consulting business outside of my full-time work. I am also pursuing a master’s degree.
This means that my time for giving assistance to my community is limited. But please believe – I want to help. To help facilitate my availability, I provide the below booking calendar where you can book me for assistance. Once your booking is made I will call you to go over the details of the work you need completed and to see if I can assist you. I understand these hours may be unusual. Due to my other obligations I do have a limited time basis for assistance. If I am unable to assist you in the timeline you need I will be honest and upfront with you. Creating a booking is not an agreement to the work you need completed nor are you obligated to contract my services by creating a booking. Please see my booking calendar below!

About ATS
Hi, I’m Michael. I launched and started ATS Technology Consulting in October of 2025.
My current goal with ATS Technology Consulting is to assist my community with their computer problems. As I fielded calls from others, I thought that this was something that I could turn into a business. And here we are.
I originally grew up in the Lindale, TX area, having moved here before I started 2nd grade. I graduated from Lindale High School in 2004 and went on to earn my Computer Information Systems degree from UT Tyler in 2012.
ATS may be a small one-man business for now. But I will give you my best efforts with the time I have available. Currently, I work full-time for a software company in Dallas where I work with customer support. I also assist on a small development team to fix minor bugs and issues. Please note that this is my full-time employment and I respect it as such.
I am also currently studying for a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University. I will complete this program before August 2027.

Additional Information
Minimum Charge
Appointments are booked at minimum in 2 hour intervals. If we do not need 2 hours to work on your issue, you will only be billed for the time used.
Travel
Please note that travel is limited to within a 1 hour radius around Lindale, Texas.
Parts & Materials
Hardware, software licenses, and materials are billed at cost.
After Hours
I’m only available during non-business hours. While I recognize this as unusual, please understand that I am providing this service to my community at times I am able to provide assistance. I’m happy to help where I can!
